Multi-group progressive trapezoidal bending roller stands form concave-convex reinforcing ribs in one pass, scratch-free sheet surface without spring-back cracks, tight sheet interlock for outstanding wind and water leakage resistance. Rib height, sheet width and rib spacing can be fully customized per clients’ architectural drawings.
Equipped with high-power variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, no slipping during thick sheet forming, running smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 8 m/min to 22 m/min. Heavy-duty manual deviation correction mechanism at feeding inlet steadily centers steel strips to reduce edge waste. Integral vertical hydraulic cutting unit at tail with thickened impact-resistant cutting blades delivers clean burr-free cuts, finished fixed-length tolerance ≤±1mm. Suspended cantilever PLC touch screen control system stores multiple standard tile parameter recipes, automatically completing feeding, trapezoidal rib roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop continuous production.
Every trapezoidal roof panel forming machine undergoes a 72-hour full-load coil endurance test before delivery to calibrate trapezoidal rib arc, sheet width and cutting dimensional tolerance.
