Multi-group progressive trapezoidal bending roller stands form concave-convex load-bearing ribs in one pass, scratch-free sheet surface without spring-back cracks. Tight interlock between sheets delivers excellent roof wind resistance and water seepage prevention performance, rib height and tooth pitch fully customizable per clients’ construction drawings.
Equipped with high-power variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, no slipping during forming both thin and thick sheets, running smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 8 m/min to 22 m/min. Heavy-duty manual deviation correction mechanism at feeding inlet steadily centers steel strips to reduce edge material waste. Integral vertical hydraulic cutting unit at tail with thickened wear-resistant blades fits all types of color steel sheets, delivering clean burr-free cuts, finished fixed-length tolerance ≤±1mm. Separate external PLC electric cabinet + touch screen control system stores standard 1020 profile parameter recipes, automatically completing feeding, trapezoidal rib roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop mass production.
Every 1020 trapezoidal tile forming machine undergoes a 72-hour full-load coil endurance test before delivery to calibrate trapezoidal wave arc, effective width and cutting dimensional tolerance.
