Trapezoidal Sheet Machine
This trapezoidal sheet machine is standard cold roll forming equipment for industrial trapezoidal color steel roof panels, widely adopted for factory buildings, warehouses, agricultural greenhouses, farm markets and temporary prefab houses. The finished high-rib trapezoidal sheet features fast water drainage and strong wind resistance, serving as mainstream waterproof roof material for various light steel construction projects.
It fits 0.3–0.8mm color coated steel coils and hot-dip galvanized strips. The machine can operate as a single independent unit, or be matched with glazed tile roller groups to form a double-layer integrated machine. When equipped with an electric decoiler, it forms a fully automatic continuous production line to cut labor cost and boost production efficiency.
The whole machine base is integrally welded by heavy standard channel steel, and undergoes high-temperature stress relief annealing after welding to eliminate internal welding stress. The long machine frame maintains stable dimensions without vibration or offset during long-term high-speed continuous forming. All forming rollers are precision turned solid 45# carbon steel with full hard chrome plating after quenching, featuring outstanding wear resistance and rust prevention, scratch-free forming for printed decorative steel sheets. Multiple groups of progressive trapezoidal bending roller stands form concave-convex load-bearing stiffening ribs in one single feeding stroke, with minimal bending spring-back. Tight overlap between adjacent tiles delivers excellent rain seepage prevention performance. Rib height, tooth pitch and effective covering width can be fine-tuned and customized according to customers’ construction drawings.
Equipped with variable frequency synchronous chain transmission system, the machine runs smoothly with low noise, and forming speed can be steplessly adjusted from 8 m/min to 22 m/min. A heavy-duty manual deviation correction mechanism is installed at the feeding inlet to keep steel strips centered uniformly, avoiding printed pattern misalignment and raw material waste caused by offset feeding.
At the tail, an integral vertical hydraulic cutting unit is configured with thickened special wear-resistant blades suitable for all thin and medium gauge color steel sheets. The cut ends are flat and burr-free without deformation, and the fixed-length tolerance of finished sheets is controlled within ±1mm.
A separate PLC touch screen electric control cabinet stores standard trapezoidal profile parameter recipes, realizing full automatic workflow: feeding, trapezoidal rib roll forming, fixed-length cutting and output counting. Only one operator is required for 24-hour non-stop mass production.
Every trapezoidal sheet roll former will go through a 72-hour full-load coil endurance test before delivery. Our engineers will repeatedly calibrate trapezoidal wave arc, effective width and cutting dimensional tolerance to eliminate all potential quality defects. Complete spare forming rollers, cutting blades, hydraulic sealing components and bilingual English-Chinese operation & maintenance manuals are provided as standard free accessories.
We provide a 2-year full machine comprehensive warranty covering all mechanical and electrical parts. The delivery cycle is 50–60 days after receiving customer’s advance deposit. Custom three-phase industrial voltage (380V/415V/220V) is supported to fit power supply standards of different countries.
