The machine base frame is integrally welded with thick steel plates and treated by high-temperature stress relief annealing to avoid vibration and frame deformation during long-hour high-speed continuous production. All forming rollers are precisely machined from solid 45# carbon steel with quenched thick hard chrome plating, featuring high hardness and excellent wear & rust resistance without scratching the coating of color steel or galvanized sheets. Multi-stage progressive rolling forms neat symmetrical trapezoidal ribs and flat sheets with tight connecting joints for stable rainproof performance. It processes color coated and galvanized steel coils from 0.3mm to 0.8mm thick, with standard raw material feeding width 1000mm to produce XN C17 trapezoidal roof panels.
Equipped with variable frequency main motor and heavy-duty synchronous chain transmission, the machine runs smoothly with low noise, and forming speed can be steplessly adjusted from 8 m/min to 18 m/min. Multiple guiding limit rollers and manual adjusting handwheels are installed at feeding inlet to automatically correct steel strip position and reduce defective products caused by offset feeding. An independent hydraulic flying shear cutting unit at the tail delivers stable oil pressure and burr-free smooth cutting surfaces, with dimensional tolerance limited within ±1mm. The suspended cantilever PLC touch screen control system allows operators to preset sheet length and total output quantity. The machine automatically completes feeding, roll forming, fixed-length cutting and counting without extra labor. Only one worker can realize 24-hour non-stop continuous production, greatly cutting labor cost and raw material waste.
Every XN C17 trapezoidal sheet forming machine undergoes a 72-hour full-coil test before delivery to calibrate forming precision and cutting tolerance.
