1070 Color Steel Tile Roll Forming Machine

All forming rollers are precision turned solid 45# carbon steel with full hard chrome plating after surface quenching for outstanding wear, compression and corrosion resistance. Multi-group progressive trapezoidal bending roller stands form concave-convex load-bearing stiffening ribs in one feeding stroke, scratch-free sheet surface without spring-back cracks. Tight interlock between tiles provides excellent roof wind resistance and rain seepage prevention performance, rib height and tooth pitch fully adjustable per customers’ structural drawings.
Equipped with high-power variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, no slipping during forming both thin and thick sheets, running smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 8 m/min to 22 m/min. Heavy-duty double-side manual deviation correction at feeding inlet steadily centers steel strips to reduce edge material waste. Integral vertical heavy hydraulic cutting unit at tail with thickened wear-resistant blades fits all types of color steel sheets, delivering burr-free & distortion-free cut ends, finished fixed-length tolerance ≤±1mm. Separate external PLC electric cabinet + touch screen control system stores standard 1070 wide profile parameter recipes, automatically completing feeding, trapezoidal rib roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop mass production.
Every 1070 trapezoidal tile forming machine undergoes a 72-hour full-load coil endurance test before delivery to calibrate trapezoidal wave arc, effective width and cutting dimensional tolerance.
