980 Color Steel Roll Forming Machine

Multi-group progressive trapezoidal bending roller stands form concave-convex load-bearing stiffening ribs in one feeding stroke with minimal spring-back. Tight interlock between tiles prevents roof water leakage. Rib height, tooth pitch and effective width fully adjustable per customers’ construction drawings.
Equipped with variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, running smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 8 m/min to 22 m/min. Manual deviation correction mechanism at feeding inlet keeps steel strips centered to avoid printed pattern misalignment and material waste. Integral vertical hydraulic cutting unit at tail with thickened special blades fits thin printed color steel sheets, delivering clean burr-free cut ends, finished fixed-length tolerance ≤±1mm. Separate PLC touch screen control cabinet stores standard 980 profile parameter recipes, automatically completing feeding, trapezoidal rib roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop continuous production.
Every 980 trapezoidal tile forming machine undergoes a 72-hour coil endurance test before delivery to calibrate trapezoidal wave arc, sheet width and cutting tolerance.
