C Purlin Feeding Rack

The hydraulic uncoiler, also named C Purlin Feeding Rack, is essential front-end supporting equipment for metal roll forming production lines, widely matched with C purlin roll forming machines, roof tile roll formers and other metal profiling equipment. It is specially designed to place and automatically release steel coils, realizing stable feeding of galvanized steel coils, color steel coils and cold rolled strips, greatly improving continuous production efficiency.
This feeding rack adopts hydraulic expansion structure. Operators can easily adjust the supporting diameter to lock the inner hole of steel coil, effectively preventing coil loosening during operation. Equipped with large anti-deflection baffle blades, the machine restricts steel coil horizontal displacement, avoids coil deviation, and ensures smooth feeding. The main frame is welded by thick rectangular steel tubes, after high-temperature annealing treatment to eliminate welding stress, not easy to deform under long-term heavy load. All paint surfaces adopt industrial anti-rust paint, adapting to humid factory working environment.
Our standard model is 5-ton load capacity, supporting coil inner diameter 450–520mm, maximum coil outer diameter up to 1300mm. The machine can be equipped with independent hydraulic station, stable oil pressure ensures reliable expansion and contraction. Optional frequency conversion control realizes adjustable rotating speed, cooperating perfectly with the host roll forming machine to realize synchronous feeding. Compared with manual uncoiling equipment, this hydraulic feeding rack reduces labor input and avoids safety risks caused by manual coil handling.
