This slitting & separation equipment is classified under Metal Coil Slitting Line, integrated longitudinal slitting machine combining leveling, slitting and separating functions. The machine frame is integrally welded with thick heavy H-beam steel and stress-relieved by high-temperature annealing after welding, avoiding deformation and vibration during long-time heavy-load continuous slitting to keep stable strip width precision. Upper and lower slitting shafts are integrally forged and tempered from 40Cr alloy steel, slitting blades treated by deep quenching & mirror precision grinding for high hardness and long wear life. Slitted strips feature smooth burr-free edges without curling or coating scratch. Blade spacing is quickly adjustable to set any custom strip width, compatible with thin & medium metal sheets from 0.3mm to 3.0mm thick, standard feeding width 1000/1250/1500mm. Multiple heavy leveling rollers installed at front eliminate warp and wave wrinkles before slitting to guarantee uniform flatness of all narrow strips.
Equipped with high-power variable frequency main motor and heavy-duty synchronous gear transmission, the machine outputs sufficient torque without slipping during thick sheet slitting, running speed steplessly adjustable from 5 m/min to 20 m/min. Dual front & rear bidirectional hydraulic clamping & deviation correcting mechanism holds steel strips fully to prevent offset, stacking and wrinkling, greatly reducing material waste. Independent PLC touch screen numerical control system allows presetting slitting quantity, single strip width and total processing length. The machine automatically completes uncoiling feeding, leveling, longitudinal slitting, separating discharging and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop continuous production without secondary manual strip sorting, drastically improving processing efficiency.
Every integrated slitting & separation machine undergoes a 72-hour full-load coil endurance test before delivery to calibrate shaft parallelism and slitting dimensional tolerance. Complete spare slitting blades, adjusting tooling, hydraulic sealing parts and bilingual operation manuals are provided as standard accessories.
