Sheet Metal Slitting Equipment

Blade spacing can be quickly adjusted to produce narrow strips of various widths, processing thin metal coils from 0.3mm to 3.0mm thick, max feeding width customizable at 1000/1250/1500mm. Equipped with flattening mechanism to level sheets before slitting and guarantee dimensional precision of strips.
Equipped with variable frequency speed control, running speed adjustable steplessly from 5 m/min to 20 m/min. Hydraulic pressing unit firmly clamps sheets to avoid strip offset and shifting during cutting. Simple PLC electric control panel with intuitive operation for easy training of new operators, supporting synchronous start-stop with front uncoiler and rear recoiler for continuous non-stop slitting. Compact structure saves workshop space and is convenient for sea container shipment, ideal for small & medium processing plants.
Every metal slitting machine passes no-load and full-coil cutting test before delivery, wear-resistant blades and hydraulic seals are adopted as standard parts.
