This electric decoiler, also named automatic coil feeding rack, belongs to feeding rack auxiliary equipment category. It matches color steel tile roll forming machines, floor deck machines, glazed tile machines and standing seam roof panel machines. It holds metal coils and releases strips at uniform automatic speed, replacing manual feeding to realize fully automatic continuous feeding for the whole production line.

Compatible with color coated coils, hot-dip galvanized coils and Al-Mg-Mn alloy coils. Standard load capacity options are 3 tons and 5 tons, fit coil inner diameter 480–530mm, coil width customizable from 800mm to 1250mm according to customer main machines.

The machine base is integrally welded with thick square tube and channel steel, reinforced triangular support structure for stable heavy load without deformation. Equipped with high-power reduction motor & variable frequency speed control system, it can synchronize speed with main forming machine, automatically matching feeding speed to avoid strip pulling, material stacking and surface scratch.

The main shaft adopts expandable tension structure, electric expansion (hydraulic expansion optional) to fix coils for easy loading & unloading. Two side limiting baffle plates prevent coil left-right offset to guarantee straight feeding. Independent electric control box includes start/stop, forward/reverse and variable frequency speed functions. Equipped with photoelectric sensor to realize automatic start & stop, auto stop when coil runs out, cutting labor attendance cost.

It can be separately matched with single-layer tile machines, double / triple layer roll formers, floor deck machines, ridge cap machines and angle lock machines. It can also work together with leveling machines to form full auto uncoiling-leveling-forming production line. Simple and durable structure, easy to install & maintain, with anti-rust & anti-corrosion surface treatment for long-term workshop outdoor use.
