The whole machine frame is integrally welded with thick steel plates and treated by high-temperature stress relief annealing after welding, so there will be no frame distortion or vibration offset under long-time heavy-load operation. The leveling rollers are precisely processed from solid 45# steel with thick hard chrome plating on the surface, which is smooth, wear-resistant and will not scratch the paint surface of metal sheets. Multiple groups of staggered leveling rollers are arranged on the upper and lower sides. Through multi-stage progressive flattening technology, the internal stress of the sheet metal is gradually released to completely eliminate wave bends and edge warping brought by original steel coils. Leveled sheets maintain high flatness, which avoids common defects such as material deviation, dimensional error and irregular corrugation during subsequent roll forming processes.

Equipped with a variable frequency speed control system, the machine can adjust feeding speed freely according to thin metal sheets with thickness from 0.3mm to 0.7mm, compatible with color coated, galvanized, Al-Mg-Mn raw materials. A guiding limit device is installed at the feeding end to center the sheet automatically and prevent left-right offset. Heavy-duty synchronous chain drive is adopted to realize stable operation with small transmission clearance and low power loss. The operation panel is simple and intuitive; workers can start and stop the machine with one click, and new operators can master the operation after brief training. It supports 24-hour non-stop continuous feeding and leveling, greatly improving the finished product qualification rate of the whole roll forming production line and reducing raw material waste caused by deformed plates.
