Steel Sheet Slitting Machine

Multi-group leveling rollers installed in front flatten warped sheets before slitting to guarantee consistent strip width precision.
Equipped with variable frequency drive system, slitting speed steplessly adjustable from 5 m/min to 18 m/min. Dual front & rear hydraulic pressing clamps firmly hold steel strips to avoid offset and shifting during cutting, reducing material waste. Simple PLC control panel with intuitive operation for easy training of new operators, supporting synchronous start-stop with upstream uncoiler and downstream recoiler for non-stop continuous slitting. Compact body design saves workshop space, easy to disassemble and load into sea containers with low logistics cost.
