Blade spacing can be quickly adjusted to produce multiple narrow strips in one pass, processing thin metal sheets from 0.3mm to 3.0mm thick, feeding width customizable at 1000/1250/1500mm. Multi-group flattening rollers installed in front straighten warped sheets before slitting to guarantee consistent width precision of finished strips.
Equipped with variable frequency drive system, slitting speed steplessly adjustable from 5 m/min to 20 m/min. Dual front & rear hydraulic pressing clamps firmly hold steel strips to prevent offset and shifting during cutting. Integrated PLC control panel with simple operation supports synchronous start-stop with front uncoiler and rear recoiler for continuous unattended slitting production. Compact body design saves workshop space, easy to disassemble and load into sea containers, perfect for small and medium processing workshops.
