Multi-group upper & lower precision leveling rollers are installed at front section, roller cores tempered and chrome-plated to fully eliminate coil warp, wave and internal stress wrinkles for uniform flat finished sheets. Alloy steel slitting shafts are equipped at rear, quenched & precision ground blades deliver smooth burr-free cutting edges without scratching sheet anti-corrosion coating. Blade spacing can be quickly adjusted to produce narrow strips of various custom widths. It fits thin metal sheets 0.3–2.8mm thick, standard feeding width 1000/1250mm, wider size customizable on request.
Equipped with variable frequency synchronous drive system, leveling and slitting run synchronously, processing speed steplessly adjustable from 4 m/min to 18 m/min. Dual upper & lower hydraulic pressing clamps hold steel strips bidirectionally to avoid offset and stacking during cutting, reducing material waste. Simple PLC electric control panel with intuitive operation for easy training of new operators, supporting synchronous start-stop with upstream uncoiler and downstream recoiler for unattended continuous processing. Compact body design saves workshop space, easy to disassemble and load into sea containers with lower logistics cost.
