Its rated processing width reaches 1300mm, and the maximum applicable sheet thickness is 2.0mm, compatible with all kinds of carbon steel and alloy thin coils ranging from 0.3mm to 2.0mm. The leveling unit adopts multiple groups of staggered solid leveling rollers made of 45# carbon steel with thick hard chrome plating, which is wear-resistant and will not scratch the coating of sheets. The multi-stage progressive flattening structure completely eliminates coil waves, warpage and internal stress to guarantee flat surfaces without deformation. The rear slitting unit is equipped with high-precision cemented carbide cutter groups, delivering smooth cutting edges free of burrs and curling. Operators can cut steel strips into multiple customized widths, with dimensional tolerance strictly controlled within ±0.1mm to meet high-precision processing standards.

The whole machine frame is integrally welded with thick steel plates and processed by high-temperature stress relief annealing, ensuring stable operation without vibration under heavy load at high speed. The main transmission system consists of variable frequency motors and heavy-duty synchronous chains, featuring smooth running and low noise. The feeding speed can be steplessly adjusted from 8 m/min to 18 m/min. An automatic guiding deviation correction device avoids steel strip offset, while an independent hydraulic tension rewinding mechanism neatly winds narrow strips after slitting without loose coils. Equipped with a full PLC touch screen numerical control system, operators can preset slitting width, processing speed and rewinding length on the panel. The machine runs fully automatically with only one worker in charge, supporting 24-hour non-stop production. Its efficiency is 1.5 times higher than split separate equipment, greatly cutting raw material waste caused by defective plates.

Every integrated machine passes a 72-hour continuous material loading test before delivery to calibrate leveling precision and slitting clearance.
